      Forget it. Yesterday I was at the High on Fire concert and, for the first time in almost half a century, I had to throw in the towel. Never faced such a sonic tsunami. Insane volume, couldn’t understand a damn thing. A real vestibular assault... I feel like I still have the bananas right now.

      let's say that this is no longer exactly a ranking, in the sense that the positions do not reflect preference but I simply update it each time I listen to a new album. let's say that now it’s more of a list than a ranking.

      Listened to maybe 3/4 times, I like it, but to have a precise idea it needs to rest like a good wine; if it's worth it, the spark hits after a second.
      Nice adventurous list, just how I like it, instability.
      Frankly, after a round, I feel rather curiously unstable. Don't mind me, but writing helps a lot and is highly recommended in therapy.

      I had high expectations for the latest Daughters album, even after reading various enthusiastic reviews, but it didn't blow me away at all.

      I just received the notification that the little product is waiting for me in the store. Everything I've heard has favorably impressed me, perhaps even influenced by the general enthusiasm. Let's hope that the feeling stays the same; at worst, I'll keep a CD with one of the coolest covers, with a vaguely aesthetic skeleton-tribal aftertaste that should suit you.
