Great, a series of pearls that seems never-ending. The keyboards are now overshadowed by the massive riffs of Renzulli, and Piero is as fierce as few other times. Too bad about the rhythmic sections, which are rather flat compared to the previous album... more
A strong solo debut, with some outstanding tracks ("Moribund....", "Solsbury Hill", "Humdrum"), a dip towards the end, and finally the immense pathos of "here Comes The Flood," truly spine-chilling. more
Among the most beautiful epic albums of all time. Tetro, dramatic, powerful, and heroic. The metallic whirl of the title track alone is worth the blind purchase. "Prepare for Battle" is also great with its clumsy choruses, and "Hell Whip" is an anguished and claustrophobic descent into the inferno. There's even an unexpected gem: "The Chemist" is pure and ungraceful medieval harmony. The production sacrifices it a bit but in no way diminishes its beauty! more
The first truly 5-star album by U2, well.... you can definitely hear Brian Eno.......... more
An album that has nothing to envy from the Pink Floyd albums. The peaks, in my opinion, are "Murder," "Out Of The Blue," "Cruise," and the splendid farewell "Near The End." A stunning album, the best of Gilmour also because it was released when Waters was about to leave Pink Floyd to continue as a solo artist. And I don't care about the criticisms. ;) ;) ;) more
"Open" trio that revolves around the figure of the leader, an exceptional guitarist and great songwriter. Music made with the heart. Until "Grand National," perfect as far as I'm concerned, then an inevitable but dignified moderation of the wild escapades that characterized the early works. more

I finally decide to listen to something from these guys (they’ve always annoyed the hell out of me on sight), starting obviously with the first album, “encouraged” by the latest DELIRIOUS definition in chronological order on this site: TRUE EMBARRASSMENT. You can keep your music that’s so much better :D and now go ahead and shower me with BRUT as if there’s no tomorrow, delayed metal troglodytes! more

Undoubtedly Bowie’s best from the 80s. The first part is a blast, the second is a bit less inspired, but with tracks like "Ashes to Ashes," "Scary Monsters," and "It's no game," one can easily overlook that. A worthy successor to the visionary Berlin Trilogy. more
