One of the best metal bands in the world, captivating and effective both in heavy moments and in quieter ones. Proponents of an evolved and irresistibly meditative melodic death with a peculiar old-style progressive flair that shuns Scandinavian clichés. I also think that lately they have become rather repetitive and a bit formulaic; however, I cannot rate them lower than the maximum. more
pure class up to ghost reveries, too bad for martin lopez. more
Snobs of my boots. They've stopped being likable to me a long time ago, especially after Sanremo, let's not even talk about it, with their clichéd and sterile pseudo-intellectual complaints. more
snobs, intellectuals, pseudo-alternatives, pretentious, in short, Ligabue showing off... what a drag!!!! more
I'm a reeeebeeeel, reeeebeeeeel... more
They may not have been as big as their peers Maiden/Priest/Motorhead, but for at least 4 albums they really kicked ass. more
I don't know their 'alternative' phase before they were on MTV, but from what I've heard, I only save a couple of singles. The singer Giuliano is absolutely full of himself and also has one of the most annoying and irritating voices in the Peninsula, if not in all of Europe. more
What a drag, the usual kids, byproducts of the classical high school. 3 for kindness to the After. more
Heavy Metal Thunder!!!! more
pure art.
Kant was the Kepler of philosophy, they are the Kant of Italian music... now indispensable more
They have recently become a bit complacent, sinking into mannerism, but when I think back to "Orchid," "Morningrise," "Still Life," "Blackwater Park"... I can't give less than a 5... more
Panzer Division Accept!!!! more
I saw them once on Brand New, when they hadn't participated in Sanremo yet, and they surprised me. After a year (summer 2006) I was already tired of hearing them. And to think that Sangiorgi has been compared to Jeff Buckley... more

"...Because Negramaro means Salento." "And what does that mean?" "How the hell should I know?" more
The first two albums sung in Italian are masterpieces. The rest is a mix of highs and lows. more
It’s not true!!! I think they are among the best in their genre up until Infinite.. from Elements onwards they dropped sharply to the last unlistenable one. I hope that with Polaris they can create something decent. more

What a pity. Only one salvageable record. For the rest... what a pity. more
