The alleged relevance of the Beatles is mostly due to their lavish production, which is no small factor. As far as I’m concerned, they age terribly. Even though they drew from the rock music of those years, they have always completely remained outside of it. Champions of pop, period. more

Not a genius. Not very coherent, claims to be inspired by Zappa and writes lyrics with rhetorical-political content. However, the themes tackled in the songs are current and addressed with that rebellious anger that cannot fail to please a (fake) rebellious teenager who hasn't yet fallen into post-disillusionment. He manages to stand out even in the mainstream, often unfortunately being commercialized and drained of meaning by the ignorant maZZa, a bit like what often happens with the Elii, but not bad overall. more
