A plague that makes you move your ass. more
Excellent English fusion band from the '70s, the first 3 albums are great. The Collins/Jones duo is devastating. more
First album is beautiful, the second slightly less so, the subsequent ones have never convinced me, except for a few scattered tracks. more
They made a nice record and I don’t know how many others fall between mediocre and terrible. Someone explain to me their usefulness. more
Oh, when are the reviews for Dos and Tres coming? Damn, we really need them! more
A nice bunch of fools completely essential to the birth of Punk (before them, only visionary -and immense- precursors like Mc5 and Stooges). Without them, we might have missed out on so much great stuff in the following years. Of course, they’re not my favorite band, but a big thank you is owed. Anyway, they're a notch above the Sex Pistols. more
Of the gun, precisely. more
A big Mah. more
So this gentleman released, in just two years ('67-'68), these three albums: "Are You Experienced?", "Axis: Bold as Love", and "Electric Ladyland", at least two of which are among the 10 most beautiful rock albums of all time. That alone would be enough for a forever 5. Moreover, this man is THE GUITAR, the absolute and pure essence of this instrument. Timeless. more
Giving less than 5 is unthinkable for me. A greeting to the detractors. more
crime of the century, spectacular more
on the podium of the greatest guitarists of all time, forget about those super virtuosic guys; as chilly and icy as he is genius, a phenomenon—listen to the solos of "Schizoid Man" and "Starless" to believe it, and the mellotron sounds great too more
By now I can only listen to the first two + 3 or 4 scattered songs from the subsequent albums. After that, they really piss me off, there’s nothing I can do about it. Anyway, it's a shame that nobody knows them here, 0 reviews is a disgrace. more
At least 3 really great albums and an excellent drummer. Nice band. more
They made some great albums between the '80s and the early '90s, but Bono is unbearable and the last two albums are... I don't know, unlistenable? more
among the top 5 Italian drummers of all time more
Good until 1975, especially Odessa is a great pop record. Then came the Disco and goodbye. more
Fireworks group, at least until '82. The perfect blend of hard and prog. The Strangiato villa says it all, grandiose. From the second half of the '80s they dropped quite a bit, I didn't follow them in the '90s anymore. Still great. more
A good band, led by an amazing guitarist. The first 4 albums + the live Alchemy are really excellent, then they become negligible. more
A witty comedian. more
