As an artist, I have no expertise to judge him (a 3 is the default). The only thing I can say is that I have never been convinced by the separation of the human aspect from the professional one. Regardless of the specific case, you could very well be Mozart, but if you trample on morality, dignity, and honesty, that definitely affects my professional assessment. It's a matter of perspective, to say the least.
