Genesis -Selling England By The Pound
Well... THE progressive! Their probably most complete album! more
Genesis -Wind And Wuthering
A perfectly successful attempt to revitalize their prog-rock! The sounds from Banks are clear and crystalline like never before! It could have ushered in a new phase; it didn't, but in the end, I really appreciate even the more commercial things made afterward! more
Sieges Even -the art of navigating by the stars
The art of creating intense and emotional prog-metal. Great album! more
Opeth -Heritage
They say it's practically a cover album... But what covers!!! more
Melvins
I don't know whether their music (?) or King Buzzo's face is more disgusting. Or maybe the hair. more
Death -Human
The highest expression of a musical genre, condensed into just over thirty minutes. Chuck's band delivers the masterpiece of Death Metal, through eight tracks of unparalleled power and violence; in this, the late leader of the band is perfectly in sync with the rest of the group, from the wild drummer Sean "double bass" Reinert, to the prodigious bassist Steve Di Giorgio, to the guitarist Paul Masvidal. The first three songs "Flattening of Emotions," "Suicide Machine," and "Together more
Nirvana
About a girl is the off-key rip-off of a Coca Cola jingle. Well yes, they represented a generation...the most acne-ridden and spoiled one ever. more
Rollins Band -The End of Silence
Hardcore that turns into post, mixing with hard rock and heavy, in a sound that in the longer tracks overflows into psychedelia; with Henry's voice that gets into your ears and doesn't want to leave you anymore... a force of nature, seasoned with a devastating charge of energy. 1992 Palatrussardi Milan... they opened for the Red Hot... maximum intensity, savage pogo. I made it through this test unharmed... but it was tough. The end not only of silence. more
Rush -Permanent Waves
How beautiful "Natural Science" is, oh how beautiful. more
Bob Dylan -Saved
I only keep it for "Covenant Woman," which is wonderful. And also a bit for "What Can I Do For You" and "Pressing On." For the rest, I just can't stand this Dylan of "conversion." more
Marvin Gaye -Let's Get It On
The sexiest, most passionate, tension-releasing album I've ever listened to. If after an intimate dinner for two you can't win her over even with this CD, it might be time to reconsider... and start asking yourself some serious questions. more
Bob Dylan
''MèTto 1 A DyLaN Cossì sEmb>Ro AltErNatIvo e ChE CApiSCo Di MuSIcA LoL''. Go screw yourselves, Dylan is a great singer-songwriter who has produced stunning albums like ''Blonde On Blonde'', ''Highway 61'', ''John Wesley Harding'', or even ''Blood On The Tracks''. That’s enough for me. more
Sonic Youth
First to experiment (alongside peers like Dinosaur Jr., Big Black, Swans, etc.) with ''Noise Rock''. They churned out albums like ''Daydream Nation'', ''Confusion Is Sex'', ''Bad Mood Rising'', ''Dirty'' and even ''Evol''. They influenced the development of Grunge, Indie, and Noise-Rock (but not only). Multifaceted artists capable of showcasing enviable technique without sacrificing emotions, far from boring artists. A fantastic band. more
Sonic Youth
From "Confusion is Sex" to "Daydream Nation", including the early EPs from 1982 to 1983, absolutely perfect. And even in the '90s, they still maintained a very high level with other beautiful records, although they were inferior to the peaks of the previous decade. Until the early 2000s, almost always great albums, but well, the latest ones are a bit lackluster. Among the greatest, nonetheless. more
Mike Patton
Great singer more
The Stooges -The Stooges
Rotten to the core, I like it a lot. more
Charles Schultz
"Never fall in love with a snowflake." -Snoopy. Thank you. more
July -July
Little-known English psychedelic band of the '60s, a "meteor" that managed to create this excellent album from 1968. Stunning "My Clown" and "Dandelion Seeds" written by singer Newman. Great album, a pleasure to listen to... more
The Gods -Genesis
Debut album of the English band, year 1968. An important group especially because it featured at different times great musicians such as Mick Taylor, Greg Lake, Ken Hensley and Lee Kerslake, the latter future Uriah Heep. Heavenly melodies based on Hensley’s Hammond and Konas’ guitar, a mix of psychedelia, prog, and primitive hard rock, very melodic songs connected by strange dialogues at double speed, almost simulating the voices of the gods of Olympus. Great album. more
