Death metal and grindcore fused together at the highest levels. more
His fingers embody the irony of Satie, a sprinkle of Monk, and the profound humility of a great contemporary artist. more
How could I forget that time when on the radio you could always catch one choice between 'Always' and 'La mia storia tra le dita' by Grignani... a time I'll never forget, especially because it was the only time I thought, "Wow, maybe Grignani is actually better..." more
Great action movies, with genuine declarations of love for certain cinema and a lot of fun in turning classic patterns on their head. Sometimes excessive, but it deserves a five. more
Before Pete Burns became a cross between Mickey Rourke and Moira Orfei, he made waves with this album - driven, indeed, by the ever-famous hit 'You Spin Me Round', but still enjoyable despite being somewhat repetitive in its formula of trashy blasts and ultra-plastic consumer electronics. For strong stomachs. more

To be a double LP it flows like a love. more
Much less known and celebrated than other equally important rock bands (Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple), The Who remain one of the grandest formations in the history of rock. Led by the genius of the great Pete Townshend, they have produced a series of masterpieces that, in terms of lyrics and music, should be considered the paradigm of Rock, both among studio albums and among the phenomenal live performances. And I'm not just talking about the C.S.I. theme songs. more
A piece of history in music and culture. It’s important to highlight the influence of French songs (Brel and Brassens) and American ones (Dylan and Cohen). The greatest Italian singer-songwriter, in the classic sense of the term. more
They have indelibly marked the history of '70s rock - both from a qualitative-musical and commercial standpoint - stringing together a long series of masterpieces that peaks with the sacred triad "The Dark Side of the Moon"/"Wish You Were Here"/"The Wall," led by a paranoid, egocentric yet genius (Roger Waters) and a guitarist capable of producing the most beautiful solos of all time (David Gilmour)… and Syd Barrett? Bah… never liked him, I find him massively overrated… more
The first three albums alone (especially the masterpiece "Darwin") would be enough to proclaim them the best Italian progressive band. Exceptional musicians and genius composers, Di Giacomo has been one of the greatest Italian voices of all time. It's a shame about the pop drift of the '80s (common among all the greats of prog), which still gifted us with a few masterpieces like the splendid "Moby Dick." Magical and visionary, far too often unjustly forgotten when discussing great Italian music. more
One of the greatest progressive groups of all time, perhaps only second to Pink Floyd. With Peter Gabriel, they reached incredible heights of perfection; after his departure, they simplified their sound considerably but continued to produce masterpieces. Following Hackett's exit, they gradually slipped into more unabashed pop, but always done well. On Peter Gabriel: excellent composer, visionary poet, and formidable stage animal, but as the voice of the group, Phil Collins is much better. more
Absolute masterpiece by Genesis and perhaps of progressive music in general (it competes with "The Dark Side of the Moon"). Perfection from the first to the last note. more
Not the best album by Genesis (still slightly unripe), but nonetheless a masterpiece, a milestone of progressive rock. Just for "The Musical Box" it would deserve 7 stars! more
A fantastic album by Genesis that doesn't suffer at all from Peter Gabriel's departure; rather, they indulge themselves in creating a very diverse, heterogeneous record full of beautiful tracks. One of their best albums, the decline of the band is still a long way off. more
It's not a genre I usually listen to, but these guys, both in how they present themselves and the music they make in their field, don't seem that bad to me. What do you think about the latest single? Slipknot - The Negative One [OFFICIAL VIDEO]

What a thing! Not at the level of Starsailor and Lorca, but for me, it’s already a wonderful marvel, at every level. The beauty of tracks like "Once I Was," "Phantasmagoria in Two," "Pleasant Street," and the title track is superior. more
There would be nothing to say about this LP. It's like discovering hot water. One of the most beautiful records of all time, in my opinion. more
"Miasma," "Inner Marshland," "Triptych," unmissable for those who love psychedelia, garage rock, Hendrix, electric folk, screaming guitars, ringing ears, J Mascis, and lo-fi recordings------ Bevis Frond - Lights are changing
