YOB

YOB is an American doom metal band formed in 1996 in Eugene, Oregon by guitarist/vocalist Mike Scheidt. Renowned for towering, slow-moving compositions and a psychedelic edge, they released influential albums on Metal Blade, Profound Lore, and Neurot Recordings, with a hiatus in 2006 before reforming in 2008.
