Albums span Elaborations of Carbon (2002) through Our Raw Heart (2018). Released titles via Metal Blade (mid-2000s), Profound Lore (The Great Cessation era), and Neurot Recordings (Clearing the Path to Ascend). Hiatus 2006–2008, then reformed.

Six reviews trace YOB’s rise from early-2000s acid/stoner doom to later, more expansive works. Catharsis, The Illusion of Motion and The Unreal Never Lived earn fervent praise; The Great Cessation is lauded; Atma and Clearing the Path to Ascend draw mixed yet engaged reactions. Across the board: colossal riffs, marathon songs, and a psyche-scorching vocal range. Public facts confirm the Eugene, Oregon origins and shifts between Metal Blade, Profound Lore and Neurot.
