Recently, I found myself in a McDonald's, pondering the differences compared to when I was little and used to get the happy meal. They've removed Ronald, the red one, the cashiers, the salt, the Coca-Cola logo from the drink, and the themed surprises. They've created a hospital-like atmosphere, the sandwiches taste like cardboard, and the little kids present seemed to be simulating a paresis of the pre-frontal cortex. I felt like when in the Lower Devonian the bus left for Cesenatico. We were singing 50 special, and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
