Cellar, dark corner, a cardboard box submerged under other boxes, closed since 1990, more or less. Inside, many 45s, seven inches, well-packaged, released between 1960 and 1990, give or take, some in excellent condition, others decidedly worn, to put it mildly. Some without covers, some in juke-box editions, some in limited editions. I still remember, almost all of them, their origin: some "from family," others purchased, and others "lent" by relatives and friends, sometimes unaware that they had indeed lent them.
So, there it is...
