Cellar, dark corner, a cardboard box submerged by other boxes, closed since 1990, more or less. Inside, many 45s, seven inches, well packed, released between 1960 and 1990, more or less, some in excellent condition, others decidedly worn, to use a euphemism. Some without covers, some in juke-box editions, others in limited editions.
I can still remember, almost all of them, their origins: some "family ones," others bought, and others "lent" by relatives and friends, sometimes unaware of having actually lent them.
