Gentlemen! Pastiera Mousse!

This year, in addition to my renowned (and delicious) pastiera “with 3 ricottas,” I wanted to go all out: “pastiera mousse” made with my golden hands… (forget about that polenta with candied fruits from that Milanese @[algol] or the caramelized sausages with sweet potatoes from those Austrians @[G] and @[turkish], or the pastiera di casumarzu from @[sfascia carrozze], and I can't even imagine what that gianduiotto @[imasoulman] will have concocted!)
It turned out pretty well (even though I didn’t decorate it), I must say; in fact, they’re devouring it in the kitchen and I don’t think it will make it to lunchtime (I didn’t even manage to photograph it whole).
What can I say… I’m now a true CHEF! In fact, everyone tells me: “chef…”, “chef…”, “piece of chef…”
And what are you waiting for to become the chef of your home? Let me tell you, it’s quite rewarding…
