Yesterday marked the 76th birthday of English drummer Aynsley Dunbar (Liverpool, January 10, 1946).
He collaborated with John Mayall, Frank Zappa, David Bowie, Lou Reed, Jeff Beck, and was also a part of "Journey," "Whitesnake," and "Jefferson Starship," in addition to having his own band, "Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation," towards the end of the '60s.
