Seasick, Yet Still Docked was written and composed by Morrissey and Alain Whyte for the album Your Arsenal. It is perhaps my favorite from the post-Smiths era. They managed to write a song in which the protagonist wants to be pitied but at the same time deplores the emotions he feels, the kind of life he leads. This version is taken from the recording sessions and is much clearer than the original. Below there is also a performance by Alain Whyte himself. Important chords for the undersigned.
