Wiki (English) says: "The background in the cover photograph is an artificial marina set up in Earl's Court arena in London for the annual Boat Show, in the winter of 1974-75."

While wiki (Italian) states: "The photo of the first cover was taken in Sardinia, at Porto Cervo. You can see the writing 'Porto Cervo Marina' on the building to the left, under the left window."
