In a leap year of the last century (specifically nineteen eighty), a beautiful film brilliantly directed by the legendary Walter Hill was released: "The Long Riders," also known as "I cavalieri dalle lunghe ombre." At the time, I rushed to see it at a cinema in Mestre. The cast included among others talented actors, including the legendary Carradine brothers (Robert, Keith, and the most famous David, r.i.p., who died at seventy, apparently by suicide, but most likely due to asphyxiation during a, um, "erotic game" in Bangkok in June 2009), and the soundtrack was by the esteemed composer and guitarist Ryland Peter Cooder, better known as Ry Cooder. And nothing… actually, no, I want to dedicate this piece to my friend @[dsalva] & the #ns.west XD "I Always Knew That You Were the One" from "The Long Riders Soundtrack" by Ry Cooder
