Krieger: "I've never seen anyone from our generation put words together like Jim could" (to "Creem" 1981). It surely is the most Morrison-like lyric written by Robby and is probably dedicated to the frontman: "I promised I would drown in mystical wine." The feelings of this likely strange suicide in the lyrics are accompanied by a wonderful background from Manzarek, the brushes of Densmore, and a delicate guitar. "There were people telling Jim to drink less, and he would simply take them out to get drunk with him"... I understand...
