The Doors - My Wild Love "Jim Morrison & the Doors on the road" (27) No guitar, no bottleneck, no Densmore rhythms, no keyboards. Just Jim's voice narrating a rather ambiguous encounter between a horse-riding lover and the Devil (?!?). A lament, a chant amidst hand claps, heavy footsteps, and noises. Like one of those old, wonderful spirituals that used to be heard in the plantations. An additional gem in their discography and one of the rare beautiful, fun, and unifying moments in the recordings of "Waiting For The Sun."
