The Doors - Love Street "Jim Morrison & the Doors on the road" (21) "Love Street" really existed and it was "Lauren Canyon Boulevard," which started from Sunset, crossed the Hollywood Hills, intersected Mulholland Drive, and led to the Fernando Valley. Many artists of the time lived on that street. Jim and Pamela also had an apartment on their Love Street (although Jim preferred his "own" Alta-Cienega Motel). The lyrics are about love but with doubts and not-so-hidden questions. Let's say that neither of them really liked each other’s friends.
