Kenny Dorham

Kenny Dorham (1924–1972) was an American jazz trumpeter and composer, a key voice of bebop and hard bop. He recorded for labels such as Prestige and Blue Note, worked with Charlie Parker, Max Roach, Thelonious Monk, Sonny Rollins, Milt Jackson, and Hank Mobley, and wrote the standard Blue Bossa.
