Omar Pedrini (born 1967) is an Italian singer-songwriter and guitarist, co-founder and frontman of the rock band Timoria and later a solo artist.

Born in 1967; frontman and co-founder of Timoria; pursued a solo career after Timoria; frequently performs live and in acoustic settings; reviews reference a serious health emergency in his past and note both praise for live intimacy and mixed reception to some solo recordings.

DeBaser reviews portray Omar Pedrini as a Timoria-era rock figure who continued into a solo career. Live shows and acoustic performances are frequently praised for intimacy and engagement. Studio releases receive mixed reactions, balancing craftsmanship and uneven songwriting.

For:Fans of Italian rock, Timoria followers, listeners of singer-songwriter and live acoustic performances.

He saved for the finale the two songs I like the most out of all the ones he wrote: the wonderful "Senza Vento" and especially "Sangue Impazzito".

Omar Pedrini (former Timoria) is back in a mid-level style, the same one he adopted after parting ways with the legendary Timoria (Sole Spento is worth, in its beauty, their entire discography).

Pedrini (on his second solo album) still doesn't manage to completely distance himself from what he has already done (perhaps the song "La follia" stands out for its echoes of some hybrid nuances between Mannoia, Vasco Rossi, and Battisti) and the "electronic manipulation" (which is not very impactful), attempted by Omar to tone down the strong Timoria imprint present throughout the album, serves little... the imprint is there and it is felt.
