Non fosse stato per i Kyuss , probabilmente non li avrei mai sentiti e se si pensa alle origini "desertiche" della band si può dare un significato e capire meglio la loro musica.

Yawning Man

Yawning Man is an American instrumental desert rock band formed in 1986 in Palm Desert, California by Gary Arce, Alfredo Hernandez, and cousins Mario and Larry Lalli. Their expansive, surf-tinged psychedelia and legendary generator-party jams were foundational to what became known as stoner rock. Official releases include Rock Formations (2005) and Nomadic Pursuits (2010), alongside archival demos and later albums.
