Louis Tillett

Louis Tillett was an Australian singer, pianist, saxophonist, and songwriter tied to Sydney’s independent scene. After noted guest roles in the late ’70s/’80s Australian rock milieu, he released seven albums from 1987 onward, including Ego Tripping at the Gates of Hell and A Cast of Aspersions. He worked with Charlie Owen, Tex Perkins, Nick Cave, and others, and passed away on August 6, 2023, aged 64.
