Sixth album of the band, the last with the historic singer Geike Arnaert, and the first with the record label PIAS after leaving Sony.

A delicate moment for the European formation, which in 2007 abandons the orchestral evolution that took place and returns to the strictly trip hop and electronic roots of the beginnings with The President Of The LSD Golf Club.

The slightly cryptic title is a good presentation of the contents.

The mellotron accompanies many melodies within captivating hypnotic and mysterious ballads. Stranger and Gentle Storm, for example, seem to have come out of the previous decade and captivate precisely with the aforementioned mystery.

You hear the Belgian muse enter with a touch of sensuality and veiled mysticism into territories off the radar. With the magnetism of the right notes, you are transported through the strings of the amplifier, chasing the foreign lady in slow motion.

Tones of lolita watching the satellites and love disappointments compared to the gentleness of passing clouds.

The sonic artificiality alongside a search for attention in the lyrics, from the first listen, emphasizes less desire to reach the radio and more introspection by the trio. You will find in the ever-present guitar in the background, the hand that pulls down the morale to a considerable human level.

Among the greatest albums of the 2000s, and among the last most representative of a certain electronic sensitivity.
