It's the kind of thing that makes you love them for life. "Perché godere non è peccato!!" is among the most entertaining attacks on our Christian Democratic culture ever made.

Vernice's self-titled 1993 album showcases a pop-rock style full of catchy melodies and youthful themes. Their playful and sometimes cheeky lyrics touch on Italian youth's frustrations and desires. Though some clichés appear, the band's musicianship and entertaining attitude stand out. Tracks like "La Ragazza Dei Sogni" highlight sharp cultural critique while maintaining fun. The album remains a charming and enjoyable listen. Listen to Vernice's playful and catchy 1993 album to experience Italian pop-rock nostalgia and sharp cultural humor!
Basically, because of those damn protection files, to listen to it in the car, I have to copy it and burn it onto a new CD. Very nice, it doesn’t reach the heights of Terrestre but each song is well above average. Very dark, even in the themes addressed.

This review praises Subsonica's album 'L’Eclissi' for its excellent and dark songs, recommending it despite not matching the heights of 'Terrestre.' However, the reviewer expresses strong frustration with the album's DRM protection that prevents normal playback in certain CD players, especially in cars. The inconvenience led to dissatisfaction with the record company and a decision to avoid future purchases unless downloaded. Listen to Subsonica's 'L’Eclissi' online to experience its dark, powerful tracks without the CD hassles!
Sepe only participates and collaborates with exceptional artists: those who have immigrated to Italy! The album is also an interesting test against racism. It teaches us that the traditions of those who emigrate are not poor or, at least, weaker and inferior to ours.

The album flows pleasantly between skewed but unforgettable riffs, singing that's hard (or even hysterical...) but ready to turn melodic. Definitely the best album released in 2005 (and don’t tell me otherwise for Mentre Tutto Scorre by Negramaro..).

Sleater-Kinney's seventh album, The Woods, released under Sub Pop in 2005, showcases a powerful blend of raw rock riffs, sharp lyrics, and melodic moments. The band moves beyond their riot grrrl roots, delivering 10 impactful tracks including standout singles like 'Entertain' and 'Jumpers.' Produced by Dave Fridmann, the album brings out the group's best, making it one of the best rock releases of 2005. Despite some initial criticism, it remains a hidden gem.
