GENE HACKMAN playing Saxophone in Francis Ford Coppola´s The Conversation (1974) | THE JAZZ LIBRARY
[HD] Twin Peaks - Jimmy Scott sings "Sycamore Trees" in the red room

I fell in love with the saxophone thanks to these scenes, among two of my favorite directors. Damn me for never learning to play it. On one side, the solitary and paranoid Harry in his apartment playing the beautiful soundtrack by David Shire; on the other side, Detective Cooper witnessing, inside the lodge, the performance of Jimmy Scott in Sycamore Trees (written and arranged by Lynch and Badalamenti). A disturbing omen of misfortune.

Thank you Coppola, thank you Lynch.

Laura Palmer's Theme (Instrumental)

Today, a Twin Peaks marathon in honor of the master, first episode finished.
NOSFERATU | Trailer Ufficiale (Universal Studios) - HD

Tonight we’re going to see the latest adaptation of the classic. This is something that is important to me; I love Stoker's novel and almost everything that has been taken from it. I'm more skeptical than optimistic, but I hope to see myself again. Next review is a must.
Nobody Else Will Be There

You said we're not so tied together
What did you mean?
Meet me in the stairwell in a second
For a glass of gin
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
Can you remind me the building you live in
I'm on my way
It's getting cold again but New York's gorgeous
It's a subway day
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
Why are we still out here?
Holding our coats
We look like children
Goodbyes always take us half an hour
Can't we just go home?
Hey baby, where were you back then?
When I needed your hand
I thought that when I stuck my neck out
I'd get you out of your shell
My faith is sick and my skin is thin as ever
I need you alone
Goodbyes always take us half an hour
Can't we just go home?
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
Nobody else will be there then
Nobody else will be there
@[PVC] I got it back, and it didn't take me much time. I much prefer its first period. I agree with what you wrote.

Imogen Heap - Just For Now (Official Audio)

Sometimes I remember that Imogen Heap is just a human being, and that what she produces is entirely the result of her mind. And it still feels strange to me.
DOPE LEMON - Stonecutters (Official Visualiser)

Solo project by Angus Stone, straddling the line between psychedelia and his well-known folk nature. This dates back to his debut album from 2016 under the moniker Dope Lemon.
Charlotte Gainsbourg - Rest (Official Music Video)

I think this is the best composition Guy-Manuel (half of the duo Daft Punk) has ever come up with. Charlotte writes in memory of her father Serge and her sister Kate. An important album for the artist Gainsbourg. In her records, the heavy hand of the producer of the moment can be felt, namely Jarvis Cocker, Beck, and finally SebastiAn. Still, she remains a good songwriter.
"The Godfather 3" - Ending Scene With Theme

One of the endings I consider perfect. The dance scenes from Coppola's trilogy, with the interlude of Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana that sends chills down my spine.
Pet Shop Boys - Domino Dancing (Official Video) [HD REMASTERED]

A successful piece of pop that can only be described as classy. It's melancholic because it evokes miserable states of mind. And then there's the flamenco guitar in the middle.
Cherry Waves

Perhaps the best track by Deftones in their entire discography, if you're looking for this kind of atmosphere. From Saturday Night Wrist, along with Kimdracula and Xerces, I believe it is their most successful song. It deals with trust between two people, emphasizing in the chorus the request "Would You?".
Deftones - Leathers [Official Audio]

In addition to having a terrifying hook, this track has the quality of being a true mantra. It urges a necessary change to be able to move forward.
