Yes, it may seem petty to me, but some exceptions should be made. His site talks about music, real music, and it's one of the most in-depth sites regarding kraut-rock and more. Since this site also wants to talk about music, I find this not only not petty at all but, above all, useful and constructive. Go take a look at the site. And let the editors do their job if they find something that isn't legal, but in this case, it seems to me they did their job well.
