I partially agree with Spaccamascella, especially in the part where he mentions Alifib-Interstellar-Moon in June, but really... In the end, Lucy is more a description of psychedelia than psychedelia itself.

Yes, Björk, they are all three great artists. Emerson had that charisma already established with the Nice, along with an impressive classical background and technique. Lake had already been consecrated by the first record with Fripp and company, while Palmer's Atomic Rooster had a certainly enjoyable dark appeal. They could only come together to form a supergroup!
