Sorry, but where do I talk about The Final Cut? Don’t you think that people like De Andrè, Guccini, Battiato, De Gregori, and if you like Graziani and Vecchioni are top choices compared to Fossati? Finally, my universal confidence, after listening to them, leads me to say that this band has an extremely low value.

The review wants to glorify a distorted, drugged, and perverse world as if it were an Eden!
Of course, if one dreams of the Mulino Bianco advertisement, they are in real trouble!
All the flaws of society are exalted!
The only good thing about the Velvet Underground is their music; let’s leave the details aside, they would be unnecessary and, in that case, burdensome.
And then, by what criteria do you define hippie necklaces as ridiculous?
Above all, do you think you’ve vented your frustrations against Jefferson, the hippies, Jim Morrison, and dreamers in general?
It’s a writing full of unfounded clichés, and even more questionable if you intend to pass it off as a review.

@kosmogabri: does "adults and vaccinated" mean "insensitive" to you?

The civil debate starts off well: it goes against a tide of dreamers, mercilessly shoving in their faces the cruelty of life and the unattainability of their dreams. Annoying, to say the least!

No thanks kosmogabri, I'm not looking for the canonical review, but among the favorites, I would like to find one worthy of being there and above all that won't irritate me.

First of all, I'm surprised that this review (review?) is among the editor's choices. It attempts to pass off an alternative review that says little or nothing about the album in question, and I don't particularly appreciate that. Secondly, it emphasizes only the less positive aspects of the Velvet Underground, focusing on the surrounding elements which represent the worst side of the V.U. Not a single word about their good music. The various quotes, both good and bad, regarding the flower power and similar movements, the Jeffersons, Jim Morrison, or Pasolini incredibly annoy me. The intention seems to be to elevate the harsh realities of the world, that is, the shit that really existed then as it does today, but it would also be fair to dream, to seek a better world even within oneself, to believe in something even if it’s hardly real or achievable. Obscure and unpleasant references, terrible review (review?).
