ghemison, not bad, you made me want to buy it, even though I was already thinking about it before. As a NERD, I was surprised and I have to say I expected something different. I've always really liked him as a producer for various Kelis, Timberlake, Stefani, Snoop "rappoconchimipare" Dogg! It seems that this album had a strange and long gestation period.
@ZiOn: Sade produced by Pharrel??? I don't think so, but it could be that my cul-ture has some gaps ... :=)

I completely agree with Doctor J, I endorse it! This is an album that cannot be compared to today’s black production; it is far superior, just like Musicology (which Primiballi doesn’t like :=), what a pity!). In my opinion, the quality is indisputable, but the only off note that stands out is "Te Amo Corazon," which seems universally aimed at a thumbs down. Prince is a GREAT artist, and he has proven that over the last 30 years, just look at it! Are you expecting all "Sign o' the Times"? I WISH! Anyway, even though I don’t share your opinion, you write quite well, justifying your attitude, though you might repeat yourself a bit with the "cazzo" and "genietto"! You would be a 3.5, but I want to be a bit of the PUNISHER of the situation... and I’ll penalize you! :=)

Taste is subjective, but when it comes to quality, I believe opinions can be expressed... I am quite perplexed that 5 albums by the 883 have been reviewed on DeBaser, while other artists are barely mentioned. Anyway, the primordial broth is still too much for the 883; I think about all the TV appearances they had in the early '90s... :-(
