Dear Puniscer, in my useless opinion, the immediate association with images to learn something is perhaps the fastest and most effective method, as visual memory is the most developed in every individual. Why do you remember things from the past? Mainly because of an associated image. When you think of something that happened a long time ago, you immediately focus on an image, a place, an object, and that's where the memory is born. So I don't think this Matteo Salvo had a far-fetched idea. In fact, it’s better to associate an image with a word; learning will be much quicker.
