Vasco Rossi Gli Spari Sopra
Voto:
Mr. Rossi got lucky: being in the right place at the right time, with the right attitude. Rebellious enough, but always with a touch of cleverness, he played his character well, backed by an interesting vocal tone (which divides the audience: either you can’t stand him at all or you love him), always accompanied (and for some reason) by talented musicians, boasting not-so-conventional lyrics, sometimes banal, sometimes even poetic... Vasco has the strength to have built a massive following despite never being a media phenomenon... He really gets on my nerves now, but when an album features two tracks like "Vivere" and "Stupendo," you deserve a bit of respect, for heaven's sake... I think it's the best album. And now, go ahead and stone me!

But do you really believe it, or is it a damn joke? A few steps below Win the Game anyway, even if some tracks deserve it, but the result, as you pointed out, isn't exactly mainstream. It doesn't go beyond a 3. They still prove to be capable of harmonizing the tracks with skill and mastery, becoming, album after album, more and more convincing and vocally mature. You're always good with the reviews (just a note, as your friend Jurix pointed out earlier, be careful with apostrophes... Other than that, we’re doing great). (P.S.: oh... Given the vast repertoire of electro-pop trash out there in the world, I'm seriously concerned... Should we ban it before it's too late? :)
Paola & Chiara Win The Game

The opening lines are truly something sensational: "The most beautiful album of our sisters Iezzi (AND PLEASE WRITE THE LAST NAME IN UPPER CASE..) (Paola & Chiara) (LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR THAT MAYBE READERS WON'T GET IT) in my opinion is "Win the game" from 2007 (ACTUALLY, I AGREE, THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST ONE); two years later the first Greatest hits (GREATEST HITS?!? PAOLA AND CHIARA? OH MY GOD, CAN YOU FORGIVE THEM MAYBE?).
Paola & Chiara have grown up (OH REALLY?), they're no longer kids (NO...) and they really want to seek a vida nueva (I WOULD SAY THEY WANT TO SEEK NOT JUST ONE BUT MANY "VIDE NUEVE", AND ABOVE ALL WHAT COMES UNDER THESE LIVES, POSSIBLY FROM 20 AND UP..). "Win the game" can undoubtedly be compared to "Confessions on a dancefloor" by Madonna (ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? WHAT DRUG ARE YOU ON IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD? TELL ME SO I CAN ASK BEFORE BUYING IT NEXT TIME) or "Fever" by Kylie Minogue! (REALLY? SO YOU'RE SAYING IT'S A MUST-BUY? AND WHERE DO I PUT IT? BETWEEN FLOYD AND ZEPPELIN, OR BETWEEN SOUNDGARDEN AND PEARL JAM?) 10 tracks in English (BUT AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND, THERE'S ALSO THE VERSION IN ENGLISH..), apart from two in Italian (ballads by the way, BUT IN ITALIAN THOUGH, EH? BECAUSE IF THEY'RE IN ENGLISH WITH SUBTITLES I CAN'T CHANGE IT, I ONLY BUY IT FOR THESE TWO BALLADS BECAUSE MY ENGLISH ISN'T THAT GOOD) that move between dance, pop, and electronic music, mega hits from clubs (MEGA HITS FROM CLUBS???? PAOLA AND CHIARA?), which in some cases also recall 80s sounds (OH WELL, IF THE 80s ARE IN IT TOO IT'S A WHOLE OTHER STORY...). IN CONCLUSION: SOMETIMES IT’S NICE WHEN YOU STOP TO THINK FOR A MOMENT, JUST A MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE DEDICATED TO AN APPARENTLY USELESS THOUGHT.. AND YOU ASK YOURSELF: “BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE TWO BITCHES PAOLA AND CHIARA?” AND ANSWER YOURSELF WITH A SMIRK OF SATISFACTION AND A HEAVENLY LOOK: "DAMN IT, IT'S REALLY A SHAME THEY'RE NOT RELEASED, DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY'VE FINALLY GOTTEN OUT OF OUR HAIR ONCE AND FOR ALL?".. IT'S REALLY PRICELESS... MUCH MORE THAN MASTERCARD. ANYWAY, THIS IS A TRULY EMOTIONAL REVIEW AND A GREAT ALBUM.

Like: "Is it the fault of the site's admins?" If you review a damn album, you should at least know how to write the title correctly. Robbedapazzi. Anyway, I like these Bidiai...

I love Mark Lanegan.. I will listen to him. But what worries me is the phrase: "In the last six months, I have experienced three moments of true joy..", so either you’ve always faked orgasms really well during this time or you haven't had sex at all.. Wonderful review!
