Pink Floyd Atom Heart Mother
Voto:
A true conceptual masterpiece, but not everything that glitters is gold.
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin II

Bonzo had superhuman power, creativity, terrifying speed (Hendrix once told him after a concert, "Hey man, you have a faster right foot than a hare!") and a big heart. Expressing his huge heart through a tool that goes BOOM BOOM and then SPLASH and then STRADUMDUM may seem strange, but that's how it is.
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin II
Voto:
"Ramble On" is one of the most fantastic songs by Led Zepp. The great dynamic effect between the verse, acoustic and relaxed, and the urgent and crashing chorus, so powerfully launched by Plant's change of voice, is a truly Led Zepp invention (already hinted at in "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" on the first album and then revisited multiple times, for example in "Over The Hills And Far Away" on the fifth). The bassline underneath the verse is sublime, the guitar breaks in the chorus extremely creative... it’s not so famous because they never performed it live, who knows why.
Fort Minor The Rising Tied
Voto:
Try to study and get yourself out of ignorance, little brat.
Fabrizio De André Anime salve
Voto:
There's no need to talk to you about Fabrizio De Andrè. Not in such a dripping rhetoric way, at least.
Eric Burdon & The Animals Winds Of Change
Voto:
Great Lewis. It's a mystery that Burdon ended up having such a modest career after such premises.
Greenslade Greenslade
Voto:
Always a pleasure to read you and catch glimpses of your great progressive passion between the lines, but this time I don’t share your opinion. I find Greenslade to be a second-tier band in the realm of classic progressive, and this is due to a distinct deficiency in their songwriting. There’s a lot going on, a lot of busyness, but essentially there are few truly memorable melodic or harmonic passages. I also believe that the instrumental skills of each of the four do not go beyond excellent professionalism, lacking in genius. That said, I own their CDs and I do enjoy putting one on from time to time! Cheers and compliments.
Faces Maybe I'm Amazed
Voto:
Isis: it's the cover of "Long Player," the second album by the Faces released in 1971, whose fifth track is "Maybe I'm Amazed."
Pink Floyd Ummagumma
Voto:
I meant the performance of "Interstellar Overdrive."
Pink Floyd Ummagumma

In the part under review, I find "Grantchester Meadows" and "The Narrow Way part 3" fantastic. The live section is perfect; it's a shame that the CD didn't think/couldn't include the performance of "Astronomy Domine" as well.
