Why the Chinese? The Chinese are an appendix to the problem, and the problem is capitalism, or rather, consumerism. I’m amazed that out of all the things that could come to mind, you thought of the Chinese. It’s the reasoning of the average Northern League supporter who doesn’t think about an economy based on speculation; they believe the problem lies with Southerners and their culture.

You are not racist, but I do not share your criticism. I find it hypocritical and narrow-minded.

I agree with the "enlightened" direction of DeBaser, but this is not a review, it is something else entirely. It doesn't even have the semblance of a review. A website doesn’t necessarily have to be a democracy, so I think the owners have every right to publish whatever the hell they want, but it is my right and duty to express myself just as much, and in my opinion, this is not a review. As for the China issue, I still don't understand why the Chinese should be considered a disease and Neapolitans shouldn’t, according to your argument. Why are the U.S.A., Israel, and the West in general okay, while China and Iran are engaging in unfair competition and are terrorists? The only problem right now is that Planet Earth is going to hell, and before saying that it's all the fault of the Chinese, someone should remember to admit that it’s the fault of the West, which has undertaken no efforts for sustainable development and has paved the way for the current situation.

@AlessioIride: I share your stance on the pope issue. However, I want to point out that around here I've heard things said about Naples and Neapolitans that are similar to what you wrote about the Chinese. China and all that are, moreover, a byproduct of the West; it's a bit late and somewhat hypocritical to complain about environmental disasters.

Since we're at it, one swallow does not make a spring and the fact that a supposed anti-colonialist has turned out to be yet another criminal does not mean that globalization and colonialism have not reduced the Third World to starvation or that expropriating multinationals is not a good and just thing. I don’t understand why this thing was published since it is not a review; there are specific spaces for expressing opinions, even on this site.

I can't see all this obsession with foreign cultures in a country that, speaking cinematographically, subtitles too much and inappropriately (like "Frank Costello faccia d'angelo").

I liked Carry On. Moreover, the single "You Know My Name" couldn't help but win me over (James Bond + Chris Cornell). The best thing might have been to keep pursuing that path, given the decent success. Truly inexplicable.

What a wonderful girl, Audrey Horne... I don't know them, interesting references to Lynch even if they seem underexplored, if I had stumbled upon it, it probably would have caught my attention too.

Let's take a practical example, The Fragile by NIN, an album that absolutely could not have been recorded twenty years ago, it's a masterpiece, isn't it? In my opinion, that's a bit of a naive line of reasoning.

I heard something around, and my reaction was identical to yours, even though I am a big fan of theirs.
