Here we delve into complex topics; it’s also worth noting that Halford's voice in Turbo is even sweeter than usual, as he doesn't do the usual growls and high notes. That's how I see it; if anyone else wants to chime in, feel free. For example, Green manalishi, what do you think?

Well, gay metal also because some songs from Turbo have catchy and danceable choruses. But to give you concrete proof, search on YouTube "judas priest, turbo lover" (without the quotes, of course).

Well, the judgment on an album like Turbo is very subjective, as it is pretty "easy listening," featuring synthesizers and various trinkets. Personally, I don’t mind it, but it’s not essential if you want to hear only the best of the Judas Priest discography. Anyway, the albums that have been recommended to you so far are the most important ones, but do as you like. Feel free to ask again if you need further clarification.

Oleeinar, if you get Screaming For Vengeance (an immense album), I also recommend Defenders Of The Faith (another masterpiece).

Oleeinar, Turbo can be defined as "Gay Metal" as it is characterized by a more "commercial" sound compared to the others.

Green manalishi, may I ask you why you didn't like this album? I agree with Bartleboom.
