I'm not interested in satanism, not being a Christian. We were talking about it in general, not referring to the Priests, who certainly are not satanists, not even indirectly.

I saw them live (for free) at Sapienza University in Rome. They made a good impression on me, maybe because the sound was terrible, so it didn't seem like a crossover.

No, it’s certainly not trueblec, but it’s very beautiful. Poetic in certain parts.

But when is the album coming out? Because copying Morbid Angel in the 2000s is a bit sad...

Great album! Among the twenty black records you definitely need to have.

When it comes to satanism, it must be said that "Good" has never attracted anyone, least of all young music consumers. ...As a child, I cheered for Lord Fener!
I'm an atheist, so satanism just makes me laugh, but I'm drawn to the evil and twisted side of certain bands, of course from a musical point of view.

great review. Reviews that discourage purchases are often more useful than those that recommend them... even though I certainly wasn’t at risk...

Basically, the story was this. One day, two friends stood in front of a church and shot themselves in the mouth with a shotgun. One died; the other, you can imagine how he ended up disfigured. The survivor recounts that they had spent the entire afternoon listening to the record, and he felt an overwhelming desire to commit suicide. Someone said that the shotgun is depicted on the cover, as it goes through the head of the mannequin with all the colorful balls.
All nonsense. If you read the lyrics of the album and listen to the music, suicide is a constant theme, often discussed, both figuratively and literally (for example, listen to "Beyond the realms of death"), so nothing subliminal. Out of millions who listened to the album, only two committed suicide. So?
