Jawbreaker

In my opinion, anyone who doesn't OWN at least 100 albums should refrain from talking about music. However, the review is, at times, shareable. It’s undeniable that the songs that scream “scandal” to us metalheads are, in fact, great songs—catchy, singable, perfect to play in the car stereo when going out for the first or second night with a girl. When you've talked about music (“-what music do you listen to? -Well, a bit of everything, mainly metal”), putting on the Black Album guarantees a good impression, whether she’s familiar with it or not. If you play her Burzum or Disgorge, the impact won't be the same. The real problem with this album lies in the "fast" or "heavy" songs made to wink at long-time fans... someone should really give Lars Ulrich a wake-up call! What a pity... I’ll get back to listening to "The Call of Cthulhu" and making mixed CDs for the car with my girlfriend.
