Well, I think the praise is more than exaggerated. I see it as a decent little group that has managed to sell itself quite well, but nothing more.

cptgaio, I'm certainly not criticizing those who don't like the early Korn, and after all, tastes are sacred to me too, but there's quite a leap from that to a comment like the one from nonsoloprog, don't you think? For example, I don't like Genesis or King Crimson, but I would never dream of saying that they're shit bands. I hope I've conveyed the idea.

Those who speak poorly of the first two Korn albums fall into one of two categories: either they don't know shit about music, or they’ve never actually listened to them and are just talking hearsay. I haven't heard the Unplugged yet, and I'm waiting to do so before casting my vote. Good review.

There are already 2 reviews discussing the songs, and none of them mentions the atmosphere that can be felt in the DVD version. Maybe you like triplets, but I don't.

Fuck, I swear I wanted to give you a 5, but the fact that the Harvey Keitel part didn’t come through, I can't forgive you for that. Personally, it’s probably my absolute favorite in the movie. Anyway, good job. A film that is truly a unique spectacle, watched and rewatched dozens of times, and it has never bored me, an absolute masterpiece, on par with "Reservoir Dogs" in my opinion.

But for me, just mentioning an album like "The Downward Spiral" by Nine Inch Nails is enough to erase, without fear of contradiction, the adjective "forgettable" in front of "the '90s"; come on guys, let's not kid around...

I quote Saputello, the vote is more about the group, or at least its first 4 years of activity.
