Ok Grant ;) But in fact, it's MTV that labels them Emo, but they are not at all. Not at all. Anyway, just to clarify, since they blew up here in Italy, I definitely find them much more irritating, mostly because of some superstar attitudes from Leto and the crowd that follows them, now mostly made up of fake alternative girls. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I consider this album and the one before it to be good albums with good songs. Then if they’re on MTV now, I care little about it, unlike other people who give them a 1 without even listening to the albums.

I’m really curious to know if all the people who rated it 1 have truly listened to this album, or if they’re just basing it on the fact that their videos are now playing on MTV. Who knows!
