"Alien 2 On Earth" is a great b-movie from 1982, filmed between San Diego and Castellana Grotte (Bari) with limited resources but a lot of splatter. "Silent Hill" is unsettling about as much as "L'Esorciccio" (but much more bleak).

The Griffins are mostly a mishmash of gags and jokes that are independent and disconnected from a common context; but that doesn’t change the fact that they’re still very entertaining (at least for me)! Galakordi is absolutely right when he says that everything squeezable has already been squeezed from The Simpsons: the latest seasons are incomparable to the older ones, denying it means denying the obvious. In my opinion, the real masterpiece is South Park, now that’s truly brilliant (and ruthless) satire...

well, it’s not that I particularly liked it... it’s not bad either, let’s say it’s a decent horror without too many pretensions; it starts off very well, with a long (and unusual for the genre) psychological deepening of the characters, but it falls into clichés a bit in the second half (though it picks up again at the end). Anyway, I still prefer "Alien 2 sulla terra" by Sam Cromwell (aka Ciro Ippoliti).
