Yes, he is a Texas black belt in a bit of everything (karate, judo, Tae Kwon Do, aikido) and he has also invented his own personal style that he teaches at his martial arts school.

Poletti, the road movie is based on the idea of traveling ON THE ROAD. The road is more important than the journey itself, which can be made on foot, by bike, on a scooter, on horseback, or otherwise (the protagonist of "A True Story" by Lynch drives a lawnmower)... obviously not all films that talk about journeys are road movies, but Uccellacci e Uccellini certainly has those characteristics.

I also recommend Joe R. Lansdale; I discovered him last year and have read almost everything that has been translated. A great. Essential bibliography recommended (by me): "La Notte Del Drive-In" (novel, his masterpiece), "Maneggiare Con Cura" (short stories), "Il Lato Oscuro Dell'Anima" (novel). To get an idea link rotto

A road movie is defined as a film whose main elements are the road and the journey; although the use of cars and motorcycles is common in most films of this genre, it is not strictly necessary (for example, in Bunuel's "La Via Lattea" or in the Coen's "O Brother, Where Art Thou?", the protagonists undertake long journeys on foot). So I would say that Uccellacci E Uccellini (beautiful!) can also be considered a road movie.

Wow, really impressive him (but isn't he the bassist?), it took me a while to figure out what he was, but I believe he's a human male... luckily the dreadlocks mostly covered his face... I knew they would do some dates in Italy, I wanted to go to Bologna but then I gave up, I've seen them last year in London anyway. If only there were more old-timers like that!

finally someone who speaks well of it! Almost everyone has criticized it (and indeed it was a commercial flop), but for me these tracks are among the best instrumentals of their career, some truly spectacular; now it seems they are preparing a remix version with the addition of vocal parts.

worse than I expected. Rhetorical, moralizing, at times even mawkish and overly virtuous (but that's nothing new), this pointless super-episode is a sad confirmation of how The Simpsons have "devolved" and have now hit rock bottom. Even Homer, the indisputable strength of the entire series, has long since transformed from the "average" fool and irresponsible character he was in the early seasons into a complete imbecile (funny, for sure, but often really WAY TOO stupid). Fail.
