Queens of the Stone Age Songs for the Deaf
Voto:
truly one of the best albums of recent years
Cristina Comencini La Bestia Nel Cuore
Voto:
a film that perfectly represents the level of mediocrity of today's Italian cinema
Terry Gilliam La leggenda del re pescatore
Voto:
Gilliam has done better, but this is still a really great film.
Big Black Songs About Fucking
Voto:
beautiful, I have the original (on cassette!). The cover seems to have been drawn by Raymond Pettibon (the one who designed the Black Flag covers).
Buzzcocks Singles Going Steady
Voto:
taken in small doses they are great, but listening to an entire album reveals a certain repetitiveness in the compositions.
Butthole Surfers Locust Abortion Technician
Voto:
immense album, but I don't think it's a more accessible work than the previous ones; rather, it's quite the opposite. Nonetheless, it remains an essential piece for any fan of the Surfers.
Benigni e Troisi Non ci resta che piangere
Voto:
As far as I'm concerned, it's one of the best comedies of the '80s.
Kyuss Sons of Kyuss
Voto:
At the time of its release, the band's name was actually Sons Of Kyuss, which was later shortened simply to Kyuss. I haven't listened to this much because it never excited me (it's certainly the weakest in their discography), but I remember that I really liked "Isolation Desolation."
Robert Harmon The Hitcher - La Lunga Strada Della Paura
Voto:
I haven't seen him in years, but the character portrayed by Rutger Hauer is unforgettable.
