The true artist is someone who also explores different paths. I prefer Iriondo or other characters who have had the courage to stand out, rather than the usual big wigs. Iriondo didn’t do well with the Wallace (if I’m not mistaken) and with his shop, the Sound Metak in Milan; probably it was frustration and a need to get back to playing. At least he’s trying, exploring different paths, which sometimes work out and sometimes don’t. It’s easy to stay there making crap music, but reminding old fans of who you used to be. Damn, have some guts, if you think you’re good, don’t hide behind that name.

Tying yourself to a name always makes you a slave to the past. Another example, Giorgio Canali is a great producer, the same Agnelli is a good producer (even though he still plays afterhours, which I do not approve of) Iriondo, and others who are trying something different.
