Inferior to the legendary opening quartet of the Floyd, but that doesn't make it bad. Damn, though, the Live At Pompei and that lava flowing with sulfurous bubbles and nothingness in front of it. Priceless. (And then the Motorpsycho clearly cover "Echoes" in "Mountain," which makes me enjoy it even more, but maybe I'm really starting to annoy everyone with these Motor ehheh).

Zaaireka and Motor are not just noisy; in the same album, they can transition from a lo-fi acoustic track to an indie-rock anthem, then to a metal blast, and finally to a country tune without any issues (see the elusive "Demon Box," but I wouldn't recommend it as your first album to get into them—it's a bit hard to digest, hehe…). Knowing your tastes a bit, I could suggest the album "Let Them Eat Cake," which is like the "The Soft Bulletin" of Motor, in terms of the type of shift, but with a '60s pop twist. Or you could try listening to some of these tracks: "Pills, Powders & Passion Plays," "Manmower," "Now It's Time To Skate," "Watersound," "The Ballad Of Pat & Put," "The Vortex Surfer," all from the period 94-98. Give it a shot and let me know!

Not bad the review, but these guys... the song has been hammering on the radio, huh! Regarding the uproar raised by colossalyouth, since I've been mentioned (which embarrasses me, come on don’t drag me into this like that! Something I don’t know how to do. Grant has always had a great variety of proposals judged with objectivity, a merit. If I wanted to write a review about Emilio Fede's dick I would be completely free to do so, as long as I judged it with an impartial and honest eye. Even if many find it disgusting. It’s still missing on DeB, mmm I’ll think about it... @ DeSade: Bent’s voice certainly won’t compare to Tim Buckley, but in my opinion, it fits perfectly with the Motor vibe. In the sample of Another Ugly Tune that I posted, it doesn’t sound off at all. But that's just taste. However, given your particular relationship with shit, if you say it disgusts you so much, you should already be drooling in your pants at hearing such a shitty voice, right? :D @ Telespalla: oh, that thing about Supersilent... as soon as God invades me, I’ll jot down a few lines; that 1-3 is a bit of a mess to describe! @ Pistolpete: let’s say there are some pretty good things on the EPs, especially in the A&DAP period.
