Alright, but then you’re doing it on purpose! However, it’s well written.

To my knowledge, the record was released in '50 and not in '59 as you wrote, as it is the result of three different recording sessions—two from '49 and one from '50, in fact. But apart from that, the review is very well written, and about the record... well...

I have always wondered why the second one from the left on the cover has a closed eye. It’s quite unsettling, I would say.

Ah, then regarding Lewis's "artistic sincerity," check out the footage from the concert held in Hyde Park last summer with Queens Of The Stone Age and Motorhead. It's spectacular when she gets carried away by the crowd... a real wild woman with Indian feathers! The link is

A record without too many pretensions, but in my opinion above average compared to others in the same genre. Dave Grohl makes a hell of an impression on the drums (and that’s where he should be!), and the whole album benefits greatly from it, in a positive way of course. The songs and riffs are there, and Juliette Lewis’s voice has that gritty tone that adds to it nicely. Nothing original, but much better compared to the debut.

But funny how? In what sense? What is it that makes you laugh so much, huh? Come on, come on, funny how??

Even though I prefer the Joe Pesci from "Casino" (aka Nicky Santoro, who actually existed).

@Pretazzo: It's true that Casino "dilutes" in some parts, like with the character played by Sharon Stone; I think she is given too much space, and in the end, it drags on too much with her story, the girl, the lover, etc. And then she ends up being too annoying.

The live show in Tokyo is fantastic, it's just a shame that the Japanese audience seems somewhat disengaged, it even looks like they’re all sitting down, but I could be mistaken. And then can you imagine the solo from "The Godfather"? Corleone meets Los Angeles (in Tokyo!)
