It's clear that Usain Bolt was doped like a horse. It's no coincidence that in Jamaica, it's well-known that doping controls are very scarce, or practically non-existent. Basically, they meticulously and carefully drug them in the months/weeks leading up to the Olympics, so they arrive doped but "clean" for the doping tests. Well, doesn't anyone notice? Ask Marion Jones, who years later was forced to return all her beautiful medals won at the Olympics or World Championships in athletics, because, as she herself admitted, she had used doping for years.
