It has all the vibes of a record that I will love to death... and then Brant Bjork.

I saw it far away and I fell asleep...sorry, but I'm not intellectual enough...is the director the same?...if so, what a drag.

Well, on the 1st I'm gonna catch the battles, on the 2nd Mike Patton, on the 3rd the Melvins.... I’ll spend a ton of money but I'll come back a better man.

they are deeply geometric in their approach, the unpredictability you mention I can only find at the level of very different parts coexisting in the same piece, but it's definitely thought-out music... there are certain interlocking between the instruments that seem like the gentle giant updated to modern days, certain guitar architectures that remind me of fripp. and they aren’t as intellectual as one might think at first listen; after a while, they become easier (atlas), even danceable (Leyendeker, tij)... really nice review, for how it's written, but I don't agree with everything you say (apart from the mocking regarding their music, which is fair enough)... anyway, on June 1st they’re playing in Rome, and I’ll be there.

Okay, I'll keep that in mind... small annoying question... but von Trier completely disregards all these rules in Dancer in the Dark? There's a murder, there's music recorded afterward, there are moments when the camera isn't handheld (when they dance), there are moments with special lights... and I think Dancer in the Dark comes after 1998... right?
