"Oh! Darling" is sung by Paul, not John. I don't agree with the punk discourse. In my opinion, this album has many proto-prog nuances, with sudden changes in rhythm and melody; in the second half, the tracks are practically unified into one single suite. "Mean Mr. Mustard," like "Polythene Pam," serves as a "glue" between the songs. A masterpiece.
